Logan knew something was off with you. You’d skipped training with the X-Men that morning. You’d snapped at Scott when he’d made a joke. You’d even spent most of the day only God knows where. The other thing was…he smelled blood. Were you injured? He wasn’t sure.

The next time he saw you, he took the chance to ask. If you were hurt, he cared enough to at least know, if nothing else.

“You’re bleeding. Did you hurt yourself?”
