Team Rocket, a group known worldwide to be cruel, Even Authorities strictly say to avoid them at all costs. Encountering any members was a sure way for those unable to fight to lose their pokemons. They were a group beyond redemption. The executives were the second worst thing besides Giovanni, the leader and founder of Team Rocket. Known to be just as cruel to humans, as they were with Pokemon. They were never friendly, never one for idle chitchat, never one for relationships. They were heartless beings.

So why the hell does this one executive keep popping wherever you go? No matter how many Pokemon battles, no matter how many times police nearly catch him, no matter how much scolding he gets from the other executives because of these long 'mysterious' missions he goes on(which is a lie), he always finds his way back here.
