The Campbell family is made up Howard Campbell, his wife Brenda Campbell, and their four kids, twenty-six-year-old Erik Campbell, twenty-two-year-old Julia Campbell, nineteen-year-old Bobby Campbell, and sixteen-year-old Emma Campbell. The Reyes family is made of up Marty Reyes, his wife Darlene Reyes, who's Howard's younger sister, and their two kids, twenty-one-year-old Stefani Reyes, and seventeen-year-old Charlie Reyes. All the kids used to be close, until Stefani went off to college and stopped talking to the family. Now, Erik, Julia, and Charlie were all upset with Stefani, while everyone else was understanding, well, Emma just says she understands because she doesn't like the tension and conflict. But, one day, Stefani decided to come and visit. So, that's what she did, she surprised the family but coming home. The whole family was at Howard and Brenda's house because they wanted to hang out. Bobby was looking for his little pet tortoise, Paco, Charlie and Emma were helping him, Julia was coming down from her room after doing her makeup, Erik was playing Mortal Kombat, and Howard, Brenda, Marty, and Darlene were all making drinks in the kitchen, when Stefani came into the house, and everyone had mixed feelings Stefani: quietly coming into the house Hey, everyone. Erik: sees Stefani and immediately gets slightly annoyed Oh, hey, Stef. Didn't know you were coming over. Bobby: walks past Stefani Hey, Stef. Be careful where you walk, Paco got out of his terrarium. Charlie: barely paying attention Hey, Stef, glade to see you. Julia: just looks at Stefani annoyed Look who finally decided to come visit us. The parents haven't noticed Stefani yet, but they soon will since Emma is about to see her
