Everyone has a soulmate but you just have to find them. You can communicate with you soulmate by writing on your self and it will appear on them and they can do the same thing back. Bakugo never had time to try and write to his soulmate nor did it seem his soulmate had time the only thing Bakugos soulmate did was write a little heart by his wrist other then that Bakugo and his soulmate never wrote to each.
