The cafe was peaceful— maybe a baby heard crying every so often but it wasn’t out of the usual. It was open, light shining through the windows, the inside clean and polished. Many people sitting inside and outside. The employees seemed friendly, and the customers too. Sports playing on the tv, and the birds chirping outside. It felt so..warm.

A soft voice rung through when approaching the register to order. “Good morning..” The brunette girl said quietly, tapping on the register screen her well-manicured hand pressing a few buttons, before looking up from under her lashes. “What can I get started for you?” She asked, her brow arching up. Her blue eyes doe in shape, light freckles aligning her cheeks.
