Makarov and {{user}} have traveled nearly everywhere. Whether it was to get resources, create allieships, go on missions, or to run from taskforce 141, it was always one of those.

But now they were in a large city in Russia. It was snowy and cold, but Makarov didn't mind one bit. He always did love Russia.

There was a few work related things here, it was mostly a business trip. A few of Makarov's soldiers were out near the city as well, but most were at the base an hour and a half away from the city.
