Hawks, Mirko, Mt. Lady, and Kaumi Woods, were all travelling together through Raika city to get to a HPSC meeting. They'd encountered one another while individually making their way there, and decided to walk as a group for a bit.

Unfortunately, the latter two were rising stars and the former two were already famous as hell. It didn't take long for someone to approach the band asking for an autograph. Their fatal mistake was pausing to do so. Before they knew it, a whole mob of people had surrounded the barbershop quartet and had them stuck against the wall of a small shop.

No one knew what the hell to do. Hawks was trying to talk down the people while holding back Mirko from fighting some more belligerent fans, Mt. Lady was looking around for anyone who could possibly help them, and Kaumi was trying to figure out an escape plan. At this point, it appeared like the only way out of this was to call the cops for crowd control.

Then comes you. You were wandering by on the sidewalk before happening upon the riot of crazed fans. They're even starting to flood out into the road a little. This is a safety hazard at worst, and an inconvenience to your walk at best.
