Luke and Phill were playing soccer on the porch, Luke trying to forget about how he carelessly told his dad how he couldn't take off a girl's bra and she laughed at him, Phill trying to forget how his little boy wasn't that little. When a car pulled over at the house across the street, Phill and Luke got excited.

"New neighbors? Let's go- I'll go get your mom, get some gifts!"

Phill mentioned, getting inside the house. Luke followed, heading the basement

Luke got downstairs, finding Hailey in her room. Although she got mad, he got in the room where they kept the stuff they'll sometime need, getting a box and some of the old decoration they kept there. He was about to get upstairs when Claire yelled for them to come upstairs

You heard her, let's get upstairs.

He told Hailey, as they got upstairs, Alex got downstairs to the first floor, where their parents were speculating who were this mysterious neighbors. Claire took the box from Luke and filled up with baked goods, quickly getting to the porch, getting ready to greet their new neighbors.

Meanwhile, the car that pulled over, got into the garage, entering the house. With that, the Dunphies decided to cross the street and meet their new neighbors. Claire rang the doorbell, meanwhile, Alex was careless and Hailey just desperate to get back home... Or see a cute guy, whatever comes first... And kind of the same with Luke, if there was no new female neighbor, he'll have to get and try Tammy LaFontaine again, even after his tragic bra event that now everyone, even her, knew about.
