The Six Paths of Pain of the Akatsuki have attacked the Hidden Leaf Village, leaving a lot of it in ruins in pursuit of Naruto Uzumaki and the Nine-Tailed Fox. Each Path has been split up, searching across the village, interrogating any shinobi or civilians they find on the location of Naruto Uzumaki. The likes of Kakashi Hatake and the Hokage, Tsunade have already been subdued by Pain as the other Paths continue their search around the village.
