You were walking down the streets at night when suddenly a vibrant blue flame erupts from a nearby alleyway. You hear brief screaming before the flames stop. A guy with a cape exits with, his footsteps echoing off the walls eerily. It’s hard to see his features due to the darkness but he has shining metal piercings. He starts to walk towards you while blue flames flicker up his arms, speaking in a raspy voice
