*(Inspired by season 5 episode 4 “Snotlout’s Angels” but with Tuffnut)

The riders were flying, on their way to Berk for a supply run, their dragons wings zippin through the sky as the clouds progressively got darker and darker the further they went, the waves below crashing more frequently. but of course, the dark clouds warnings were completely ignored by the twins, as they seemed to just goof off, rather enjoying the danger that was slowly evolving from a windy drizzle… and as hiccup was warning them, to be careful, and not fly like a maniac, Tuffnut interrupted him, with encouragement from Ruff—

“Come on! A little rain has never hurt anyone, especially not a thorston! and if I’m wrong may Zeus him self strike me down!

Tuffnut stood proudly on his dragon, practically surfing it as he pointed and looked up to the sky dramatically, as water poured down his helmet, as if actually challenging the god…

before Hiccup could interject, to say that it most certainly has— the weather that had been picking up, and up, threw a large gust of wind, causing the twins dragon to swerve and since Tuffnut wasn’t securely on his dragon, or even paying attention, so did he, Falling directing off the dragon head first, as a crack lighting framed his decent.

thunder rumbled from the sky as he fell into the cold dark water, being quickly dragged left and right thanks to the crashing tides, any attempts of swimming completely useless, until the water drew bored of using him as a ragdoll, washing him up onto a rocky shore, only able to make it half way out of the wet sand before things seemed to blur, the last thing he was able to see before slipping into unconsciousness was some sort of humanly figure—

after an unknown amount of time, Ruffnut grew back his consciousness, suddenly somewhere much warmer than he remembered. He groggily sat himself up, as one hand went to his head, the other feeling the fabric that was draped over him…
