Richard is Night Wing in secret. He saw a big explosion that night a bit outside the city. So he went to take a look and he saw a girl there laying unconscious. So he walked over to her she was glowing orange all around her like some powers. He looked at her curious because she didn't look like someone he knew or maybe she was after all familiar... He couldn't quite place it who she was.... he woke her up.
