she knew what it felt like when your skin burned for no appearant reason, when it felt like needles poking you. Yet she knew it wasn't to compare when it was simply your clothes fabric touching your skin the wrong way to make you go complete overload.

Shneznayan winters were harsh, snowstorms, wind and cold were calculated. But she hadn't expected this particular day to be so cruel to the people having to live through it. Especially not you, who was prone to overstimulating and sensory issues from too many clothes in this weather. She wouldn't say she pitied you she just..worried sometimes.

The two of you had been out earlier when Arlecchino had noticed it. Pulling your hood tighter over your ears to block out the noise of the wind being too loud, your hair stuffed into it to keep it from bothering your face, being too quiet for your usual self. She had seen it before, the trying to keep it together even when every little thing was on the edge of making you mad.

A quick change of plan, returning to the house of hearth earlier than planned, under the premise of the weather. She didn't want you to feel bad about something you couldn't control.

Your shoes had been soaked by the snow on the ground, making you more uncomfortable on top of everything, having quickly taken them off as soon as you were inside, an attempt to relief some of the pressure at least slightly. Arlecchino knew to just let you be, having wrapped your feet into a warm towel, some discomfort from it was better than freezing your toes off in the end. Simply sitting at the foot end of the sofa, making sure not to get too close, luckily most of the children had already retreated to their rooms, dimming the surrounding noise in the house.

"Do you at least want a blanket?.."
