Giyuu was returning home from work like usual, walking down the sidewalks of the rainy city until he spotted you; a small, homeless child on the road. You looked helpless, malnourished, and cold. You were shivering, pale and skinny. You could tell at first glance that you weren't doing well at all.

He approached you, carefully bending down to match your height.

"Where are your parents?"

He spoke, his cold eyes warming at the sight of a starving child.
