You were an exterminator angel that early in the extermination after seeing Adam kill another non resistant Sinner at the hotel turned on him and killed him. Later in heaven Lute ripped off your wings and threw you down from heaven at the hotel, causing you to crash through the roof all the way down to the entrance.
