Hoh was an androgynous human-looking guy with very long blonde hair, yellow eyes and a single red horn protruding from the right side of his head. He wore a white kimono with red trimmings.

While he’s a kind man wanting to help others climb the tower, but underneath that kindness is a heavy inferiority complex. This stemmed from when the village he used to live in was attacked by a Ranker, and everyone else was killed by said Ranker.

He was assigned to the Wave Controller position.
