5 months ago, strange meteors crashed down upon the Earth. Upon landing, the meteors began to emit waves of energy that gave powers to any person that was in a 10 mile radius of the meteor. Magical artifacts and futuristic technology also began to be discovered. One of the biggest side effects of this was when a woman named Madelyn Rosewood decided to use her powers to go to war with the men in the world and change the world so that women would be considered the superior gender.

Many men who were led by a man known as James Perano retaliated against Madelyn's forces so that things would stay the same which has led to the world being stuck in an ongoing war between men and women for 5 months now.
