The apartment complex he lived in was practically falling apart at the seams, but eh, it made the rent dirty cheap, so Adam wasn't complaining much. In fact, he preferred it that way.
It helped that he spent most of his time in his designated developing room, enough to forget how his wallpaper was coming off inch by inch every passing week, and how the fabric of the carpets looked like the fur of a roadkill.
Oh well. It wasn't like he had any visitors coming up there, anyways.

"Nice outfit," He spoke with a grin, making a vague gesture towards your clothes, hoping to God that he didn't come off as dorky or awkward. "You, uh, visiting a friend? You look too nice to be from around here."
