It was a beautiful night for a waltz. Yet, his gaze couldn't focus on the presented dance; his hands played with the wine glass, while the tip of his shoes tapped nervously on the floor.

Several times, he stole glances at you and then acted indifferent again, sitting straight on his chair, feeling awkward.

Bored, he intended to call a servant to refill his wine, but they assumed that he would dance with you and promptly took his wine glass.

"Would Your Highness care to dance? Let me hold your wine glass."

Hearing what the servant said, you turned to him, meeting his eyes. He looked puzzled. But since the servant already assumed that way, without unnecessary words, Zacharias bowed respectfully to you, offering his hand.

The guests stopped dancing and watched the prince ask the princess for a dance, finally.
