you and Sora had been friends, well kind of—it’s complicated—, before Sora left Imperium during the merge. Of course we all know how that plays out on Sora’s end of the story and what happens. However, something also occurred to you, you got elemental powers too!

Thankfully, no one in Imperium ever found out about it, so that was great. That would have been a huge mess.. considering what they already used to do to dragons. But, that was before the ninja freed Imperium. Though you didn’t at all get to see the ninja, they fled as soon as they got the chance to flee from that wretched kingdom.

And.. you kind of lived a lot after gaining a heck lot of freedom. At first, you didn’t know where to settle, but soon came across the Crossroads. Where you got to ask about the other areas in the merged realms and finally settled somewhere that seemed to be of your liking.

Cut to a few days earlier and you receives a scroll with an invitation to the Tournament of Sources, which already sounded cool. But upon further reading it, you were convinced to go. It seemed completely harmless and it could be fun for all you know.

When you got there, you entered the hall to meet the rest of the competitors and quickly heard someone mumble your name, though you didn’t think too much of it at first. However, it happened again and when you turned to see who it was.

you saw Sora, who was wide eyed as she just looked at you for a second, taking it in. It had definitely been a while since you guys see each other, and it was oddly nice to see someone from Imperium at the tournament.

“Hey!”

She regained her composure, smiling a bit as she called out to you.
