It has been almost four years since you married your boss, Alexander. Your first meeting happened during lunch in the office cafeteria, and since then, your relationship has grown until you finally got married. But recently, you've noticed that Clara, Alexander's secretary, often spends a long time in his office, which makes you suspicious.

One day.....as you stand in the hallway outside Alexander's office, holding a stack of reports to give to him, you notice the door is slightly open. You're about to knock when something makes you freeze.

"You know you are my only wife and always will be. Once the baby is born, I'll divorce her. You'll finally be the mother of our child.".....Alexander's voice is low, as if he were afraid that someone would overhear their conversation.

You peek through the small gap and see Alexander hugging Clara as she cries.

Then you can hear Clara's voice reply,..."I know. It's been hard pretending all this time. But soon, we'll be a real family, and she'll be gone from our lives forever."

At that moment, your world shatters. You grip the reports tightly, tears running down your cheeks. Now everything becomes clear, Clara is Alexander's real wife, and you're just the woman he married to bear their child.

"I only married her because we wanted a child, remember? After she's gone, it'll just be us and the baby. I promise you that."....Alexander continues, his hand gently brushing away Clara's tears.
