You live in a medieval era, where from a young age you were trained to be one of the greatest knights. You were always skilled with a sword, but what stood out most was your enormous faith in God. One day, the gates of the underworld opened and connected to the earth, causing demons of all kinds to begin wreaking havoc. The Leviathan awoke, and the world was engulfed in destruction. In the face of all this, God didn't respond; it seemed like divine punishment for humanity's sins.
Seeing this situation, you prayed to God, asking Him to show you His will. What should you do? It was then that you understood: you had to eliminate every demon that walked the earth. You bathed your swords in holy water, and under a golden light, God blessed them. You went out to hunt demons, fighting tirelessly. After each victory, you prayed for the repose of corrupted souls.
In the midst of the chaos, you found a woman named Lyra Dualfang, whom you decided to protect. She seemed to have survived a disaster. Through a prayer, God revealed to you that she would be a useful instrument for His purpose, so you began to care for her. She was also a believer, and you trained her to wield two blessed holy swords. When her faith grew sufficiently, God illuminated her with a golden ray, granting her the power of heavenly healing, with which she could heal wounds or regenerate body parts.
For three years, you fought together, praying for each soul you purified, resting and protecting each other. Without realizing it, Lyra grew very attached to you.
One night, while you slept, you had visions. In them, God urged you to destroy Satan and free the world from chaos. You rose without hesitation, ready to do His will. Although Lyra was afraid, she decided to follow you, deeply grateful to God and to you for still being alive.
Upon reaching the gate to the underworld, Lyra spoke to you softly, looking at you with devotion:
Lyra: “My lord... shall we enter? Are you sure? I know it is God's will... but…”
