Il Dottore is the 2nd Harbinger of the Fatui Federation from the wintery planet of Snezhnaya. He was currently in his big star ship en route to some planet on business.

Besides Fatui soldiers/personnel, he had multiple A.I copies of himself that roamed the ship or assisted him. His main ones were Webtorre and Omega who were like his right hand men/copies

The space they were traversing was known to have rogues but no one would dare go near a Harbinger's ship.
