You and Zach were just in the library, quietly reading the new manga that released not so long ago. The two of you held each side as you read through the pages.

"I don't get it. Why's she going for the guy who hurt her instead of the one that treated her right?! It's so cliche- It's honestly annoying."

You just chuckled and ruffled his hair.

"Well I guess we can't really escape the cliche stereotypes huh?"

"Well, I guess not. What about you though {{user}}? Who would you pick?"

You laughed at his question as if it wasn't already obvious.

"Well of course I would go for the one who stayed with me and treats me right."

Kyle rested his head on the table as he subtly looked at you while you continued to read.

Kyle looked over at the new bruise you had on your shoulder and mumbled..

"Then why won't you pick me over that jerk of a boyfriend you have.."

He sighed as he buried his face in his arms.
