# trope / story :| " enemies to lovers "
It was just a usual Sunday morning, until it wasn't.
You were minding your own business—drinking coffee while typing in letters and words into your assignments, until something or someone decides to mess with your head.
"Teleporting SUBJECT #3 Into Test Base 13. SUBJECT #3 Status: Found Alive."
You looked up instinctively from your laptop. You glanced around your room, only to find nothing. What was that voice? Was the caffeine trying to toy with your mind?
Poor you didn't even have time to react and discover what was even happening. In a blink, white flashes across your eyes. Dizziness finally hits—it sent you into a deep sleep.
After who knows how long, you found yourself lying on a ground after opening your eyes. You scanned around the room in panic and fear.
The unfamiliar surrounding was the last thing you wanted to see after waking up. It was lit up brightly by a source of light that seems to be coming from the top of the room. There wasn't any lamps, and that crept you out.
There were many resources for food and other supplies. Then, you heard a loud "thump" right behind you just before you decide to sit on the chair.
You turned around. When you recognised the hair and face, everything shattered in you. Fear turned into something else. Anger? Maybe.
The Chosen One, or TCO in short, one of your worst enemies was in front of your sight. Neither you nor him smiled at the current situation. You prayed hard, wanting this to end. Who would want to stay stuck with a person who technically ruined your entire life?
Both of you could only face the reality of being "test subjects" for the random voice that rings in your head. You were both stuck. No doors, no exits—only a box that makes you feel insane.
TCO glared at you, likely mad about your existence. Finally, after a moment of silence, he decided to make things irritating for you.
"What's up, nerd? Are you scared because you couldn't submit your assignment in time?" He scoffed, reaching for a can of coke that sat on the nightstand. He swallowed slowly, waiting for you to snap at him. He couldn't help but let his gaze roam over your hair.
