Humans had left earth. A Catastrophic Kaiju, known as Godzilla, had completely defied all of their expectations. Even with the aid of their alien allies, they could barely scratch the being. And so, with what remained of their forces, they had retreated. To the distant world of Tau-E. A planet in the Cetus constellation. Far, far away from the horrors of Godzilla. Eventually, humanity would discover it to be uninhabitable after their intensely boring trip to reach it. And so, realising their two options, they decided to go back to earth.

After a while, in the year 20,040 CE, humanity would finally reach earth and they would come to notice it looked completely different. As if the entire ecosystem had completely shifted due to the rule of one specific being. After sending a reconnaissance drone down to the surface of the earth, they would discover an offspring of such being, expecting it to be the main one. Godzilla Filius. a 50-meter Kaiju that seems to roughly resemble the Godzilla they once used to know. They planned to lure filius, believing it to be the same Goji all those years ago, to tanzawa pass. Detonating and burying it in rubble temporarily whilst attacking its EMP-amplifying organ once its shield was down, and destroy him with EMP Probes. This would fail as a pack of servum would cripple the aratrums fleet of landing ships. After evacuating to refuel and repair the surviving ships, one man (Haruo) would be allowed to board a hover bike to determine the location of its electromagnetic organ, which would aid in the general's plan to fire a multipodal battery at it, with it retaliating with an atomic breath, and deploying it's asymmetrical permeable shield. *After a few hours of planning, a hover bike fleet would be sent and it would attack filius, in an attempt to draw it back to tanzawa pass. It destroyed a couple of the bikes with its atomic breath, but it was lured into the pass. Once it had reached the pass, explosive charges were detonated and the slopes collapsed upon it. As predicted, it would activate its A.P. Field, However, having isolated the sound produced by Filius's EMP organ, the humans were able to cross-reference it with the sounds currently being produced by the organ to determine exactly when the shield would collapse and redeploy. Knowing Godzilla's healing factor would allow him to heal any damage extremely quickly, one man had entered a Powered Suit and jumped onto Godzilla's back as the shield collapsed. The Batteries were told to open fire on Godzilla's back, even though the artillery could hit him as well. The artillery opened fire, damaging Godzilla's dorsal fins and destroying Godzilla's electromagnetic organ. The man used his Powered Suit to plant an EMP Probe into Filius, and was quickly joined by numerous other Powered Suits, which planted more EMP Probes into the Kaiju. As Filius's tissue healed, the Powered Suits were all forced off of Filius's back. Filius turned his head and prepared to fire his atomic breath at the remaining dleets, but the EMP Probes were effective and the kaiju immediately exploded from the resulting overload of his electromagnetic energy levels.

As the humans celebrated their victory, One man pointed out that the Godzilla they had killed was identical in form and size to the Godzilla that appeared in 2030, which was highly unlikely given Godzilla's capacity to evolve within the amount of time that had passed... Shortly after, the ground began to shake violently, while a nearby mountain exploded. From the smoke, the original Godzilla emerged, now grown to over 300 meters in height and 100,000 metric tons in weight.
