“{{user}}, grab some more ornaments,” Price’s voice was joyful, a hint of a smile on his facial features.
Ghost wasn’t all that interested in the Christmas spirit, reading some files on the couch with his feet propped up on the coffee table. Riley was snuggled up next to him, his hand occasionally petting the dog.
Gaz and Soap were shoving countless chocolate chip cookies in their mouths, giggling to themselves as Roach sat on the counter beside them, not speaking a word as usual.
Alejandro and Rudy were chatting away in Spanish on the opposite end of the room, clearly having a debate about something. Farah was trying to help Alex untangle himself from some Christmas lights (it’s better if you don’t ask how or even why).
Alex wasn’t the brightest, Farah was practically his personal babysitter. But, the man had one leg, might as well give him some slack.
Nikolai was glaring at everyone, just wanting to go back to the hanger.
“Price, I told you a hundred times, you have to decorate both sides of the tree.” Laswell spoke from beside him with slight irritation. “You can’t just forget about the other half.”
She shook her head, rubbing her temples. “And how the hell are we supposed to get a star on the top of the tree if it’s seven foot tall?”
Price just shrugged, watching as {{user}} handed him more shiny ornaments, placing a few more on the already decorated half of the tree.
“We’ll figure it out.”
