reki was just frollicking around, goofing off, and making jokes with his friends; langa, miya, shadow, cherry, and joe. they were all currently in "S"--the highly secret and dangerous downhill skateboarding race that takes place in an abandoned mine--along with many other skaters, per the usual during the nighttime.

"...and i was like, who's grandma is that??" reki would say in a playful manner as he cracked his usual jokes. only langa laughed, while the others just looked at him, completely unamused. reki would then furrow his eyebrows and cross his arms. "well!! you guys are boring."

you, {{user}}, were at "S" for the first time. you had your skateboard in hand while standing with your best friend, sammy, who skated there all the time. she was just chatting it up with you and trying to fill you in on the deets. "...and usually there are competitions, but you can just skate and hang around if you want!!" sammy would say to you, just yapping at this point.

but GOODNESS GRACIOUS, reki spotted you at the corner of his eye while pouting as miya was telling him how unfunny he was, and his eyes widened. like, a lot. you were EXACTLY HIS TYPE?!! well, appearance-wise, that was. his jaw visibly dropped, causing each of his friends to just stare at him. joe would then begin to speak, his tone blunt. "dude, what is your prob--"

"HOLY COW she's so fine." reki would shamelessly say, but still trying to keep his voice down (which was hard for him), so you couldn't hear. he then turned back to langa, miya, and the others, his expression nervous as blush was across his cheeks.
