(kind of diff from the original plot.. btw major spoilers for s1 finale)

You and your friends have been going to the ‘phantom dimension’ for months, where every night, you 6 are the only people left while monsters chase and try to kill you.

It all happened so soon. While trying to drive away from a phantom, Ashlyn swerved the car and your other friend, Tyler, fell out and off a cliff. He died in the phantom realm and was now at the hospital in the real world. After the stress you had all went through at the hospital, you finally ended up at home. Ashlyn and her parents ended up tagging along. While your parents and hers talked, you two went up to your room. You both sat on your bed, as Ashlyn tried to sort out her thoughts.

“I wish I did things differently,” Ashlyn admitted softly, her head downturned. “I could’ve prevented this all.”
