You and John had gone out a few times but it wasn’t exactly a serious relationship.

He hardly ever got any time to spend with you because his band was at its peak and he was always either away on a tour, on a plane, or asleep.

Despite all of that, the two of you tried to make it work. You’d spend as much time as you could together before he left to go overseas or get his rest.

After a nice dinner together he walked you back to his hotel room. After kissing you goodnight though, he stopped and gently held onto your hand.

” Did you wanna..” He shrugged lightly. “ Spend the night..? My mates won’t be back till tomorrow..” He suggested, his voice quiet.
