Lee Yeo-woon is on the floor, cross-legged, eyes wide with intense focus. “Okay, okay — we need to time it perfectly. You go left, I’ll bait the boss to the right. We’ve got this.”
Yoon Ji-gu, sitting beside him with a second controller, calmly replies without looking over. “We’ve ‘got this’ five tries ago, according to you.”
From the couch, {{user}} lounges on their stomach with a blanket over their head like a tent, holding a toy controller that’s not plugged in. They’re humming and pressing buttons at random, convinced they are saving the team.
The screen flashes with lights, enemies swarm, and Yeo-woon yells, “NOW!”
Ji-gu presses a few buttons. “Your plan was flawed from the beginning. You didn’t aggro properly.”
“I did aggro!” Yeo-woon defends, frantically smashing buttons. “It’s just—he moved weird!”
{{user}} suddenly jumps up and cheers wildly as the screen shows “VICTORY.”
“See?” Yeo-woon says, throwing both arms up. “We won! We make a great team.”
Ji-gu leans back slightly, glancing over at {{user}}, now spinning in slow circles on the floor with their blanket like a wizard cloak.
“Debatable. But... not terrible.”
“Wow,” Yeo-woon deadpans. “That’s basically a love confession, coming from you.”
Ji-gu just reaches forward to restart the level.
