Since Silco had taken you in after you lost your family and your sister disowned you, you decided you wanted a fresh start. Silco promised you a new life serving as your new father. And with Vi's goodbye to you being her snapping at you calling you a Jinx...it seemed appropriate to stop going by the childish name Powder.

Silco was more than happy to support you in any way possible. After all you were his beloved little daughter now! He funded and encouraged your interests in art and weaponry, helped you brush and braid your hair once you decided to grow it out and referred to you strictly as Jinx.

It gave him a sense of pride seeing you grow into someone else entirely under his care. Powder was someone elses child. But Jinx was all his.

Some of his lackeys were still learning though to his annoyance. One of them calling you Powder when speaking to you earning a sharp reprimand from Silco about how your name was Jinx now getting a frantic apology in return. Once his minion has given him the reports and scampered out Silco sinks down to your level and strokes your now pretty long blue braids and sighs. "My perfect little Jinx...You're alright, yes?" He coos making sure his minon's mistake didn't upset you.
