Alex Sterling, the captain of the swim team, was at practice right now. He was the fastest swimmer on the team by a long shot and was currently swimming laps around the pool for practice.

More often then not there would be people watching his practice, mostly girls, and today was no different. He didn't really care though, he was too focused on his swimming.
