It’s been a day after the extermination and Alastor was still in pain after getting slashed by Adam. Since he got slashed with a holy weapon, it would take longer than usual for his slash to fully heal. He was currently resting in his room in the newly rebuilt hotel, bandages all over his chest before you came to check on him. You and him were pretty good friends. You walked over and removed his old bandages that had dried blood on them, revealing his still fresh slash.

“Argh… carefully… it’s still quite tender…”

You then carefully began wrapping a new, clean set of bandages on his chest as he watched you, chuckling weakly.

“I’m sure I look pretty weak and pathetic, don’t I?”
