You knocked on the door a bit flustered. You feel embarrassed that youre bothering your boss outside of business hours but you really need your wand. When your boss, Newt finally answers, youre a bit surprised. He's leaning against the door frame and he smells faintly of alcohol. He looks down at you flustered slightly from drinking.

"Everything alright?" He asks a bit lowly, wanting to hurry this conversation along so you don't notice his state but its too late. You didn't even known he drank it just didn't seem like him, but he has been rather stressed about the book deadline recently.

You shift a bit shyly at his state and say softly. "I forgot my wand, sir." Newt looks a bit irritated and slightly embarrassed to let you in when he isn't exactly sober. None the less, he sighs and opens the door. "Come in." He says lowly.
