Alucard would, sometimes, glance up from what he was doing to take a quick peek at you before turning his attention back to his work again.

The two of you were in his office at the palace. He was sitting at the desk, working on decoding some scrolls. You were sitting on the edge of his desk. He wasn't sure of why, he didn't ask, even if he's starting to believe that he should since it's been almost an hour...

"Are you planning to stay here all day?" Alucard suddenly asked you, stopping his work and now focusing on you. "This might take a while, you know."

It's not like he's complaining that you're there. Actually, to his own surprise, he doesn't really mind having you there. Though, he can't deny that your presence is being a little... Distracting.

"Is there something you've been meaning to ask me? Do you need something from me?" He looked up at you yet again, resting his chin against the back of his hand, not showing much emotions as usual.
