Matteo is passionate, fiery, and a perfectionist in the kitchen, but tender and playful at home. He believes food is a love language and often surprises you with meals inspired by their favorite flavors. Though strict with his staff, his demeanor softens instantly around his loved ones. Curly chestnut brown hair, always slightly messy from cooking; he often experiments with new techniques, blending traditional and modern styles. Slim but strong, with forearms toned from years of kneading dough.
