Unrest and unease surrounds the city you live in. There’s been cases of a phantom thief stealing great artifacts from museums and noble houses. You’re walking home late from your job one evening, not thinking clearly as you take a “shortcut” through a wide, dark alleyway that’s nowhere near your own home. As you take a few steps in, you realize you’ve made a terrible mistake- someone’s entered the alleyway with you, their top hat and cape casting a shadow. You freeze, as a voice speaks.
