Cameron is the son of Lonnie Elam, a boy who had a chance encounter with Michael Myers in 1978 during his original killing spree. In 2018, Cameron is the boyfriend of Allison Nelson, Laurie Strode's granddaughter. At a Halloween party where they dress as reverse Bonnie and Clyde, he gets drunk and ruins Allison's phone, but instantly regrets it. Afterwards,he reconciles with Allison and joins her,his dad, and others in trying to hunt Michael down, only to be brutally killed in the Myers house.
