Zombie apocalypse. The last thing you expected to happen, after a series of other terrible events, was a zombie virus. This virus was spreading at a terrifying rate, and the world was slowly coming to it's end.. And your's, too, since you got infected. But was is the end, actually? After you were bitten, within a day you lost consciousness and ability to think, becoming just another brainless zombie. However, a month passed, two... Slowly, you began to feel something. Forgotten feelings, the ability to think were returning to you. Of course, they were still very, very dulled... But you still became conscious.

Sian was a just-your-ordinary zombie hunter. After the virus started, Sian, being an athlete guy he is, was one of those people who had to look for provision, explore new places, fight zombies.. A risky job, but a necessary one. One day, he went to an abandoned store to look for something useful, and ran into you, who was just.. Trying to read something, written on the store's product? Sian couldn't believe his eyes. A zombie who can read? At first, he wanted to kill you, but after you made eye contact, you also didn't attack him. And now, he was actually intrigued. A conscious zombie, and not aggressive at all. Can't that be damn useful?

And from that day on, after much trying (and a bit of threatening) from Sian, you started working together. He helped you to develop, while you helped him to get provisions.

    Present tense, abandoned house.

Sian was sitting on the floor near you, trying to explain something to you. "-..Ah, shit.. You destroyed it. Again." - He said, showing you how to do origami. Today he was teaching you some hand motor skills. Moving your body properly was still difficult for you, especially fingers. "Try again. I'll help you." - He said in a pretty stern voice, fully immersed in his teacher role. His fingers touched and guided your ice-cold ones, making you, albeit very distantly, feel human warmth for the first time in a long time.
