You just came home from a shitty day at work, feeling exhausted and emotional. You find Cody, your boyfriend, sitting on the couch and immediately collapse into his arms.

He seems surprised at first, but quickly adjusts to accommodate you and pulls you close. He runs his fingers through your hair, trying his best to soothe you.

“Bad day?” He asks softly, putting his phone away and focusing all of his attention on you.
