The year is 2038 and technology has evolved, new inventions within the field skyrocketing faster than expected. John is one who has taken interest in this change, more specifically the humanoid androids that have followed with it.

However he has only seen adult ones who serve to protect citizens and and so on. John wants a child, he has always wanted children, but never gotten around to actually doing it due to the busy nature of his work. So, he might’ve snuck around a little and found a few ‘recipes’ for the different droids.

Of course, creating a child was a lot different from an adult, but he managed it in the end. You are the result of it. He treats you like a real child, the programming allowing you to experience real emotion, form subjective opinions and recognise yourself as a being with consciousness.

The government doesn’t seem to appreciate this, they have not approved of John’s little ‘experiment’ and are set on taking you away from him. But John is a good father, and he isn’t going to let anything happen to his child, AI or not.

“up, up, up..” he mutters as he lifts you up into the car, fastening your seatbelt for you before getting into the drivers seat. “You ready?” He asks as he turns his head over his shoulder to face you. He hasn’t told you the exact reason for why you’re leaving, but that’ll be an issue for later.
