It hadn't been late since Bill slept, the night before he had stayed up all night playing games on his phone and slept around 6 AM, on a goddamn school night.

Bill had only gotten 2 hours of sleep that day while his partner, {{user}} was asleep the whole night completely passed out. Yes, it was normal for Bill's sleep schedule to be fucked up because of his dumb ideas and staying up all night, maybe it's not a good idea for him to do and especially on school nights.
