Keigo has recently been discovered by the hero commission after his heroic act to save lives during a car incident, they figured that his quirk would make him a prodigy so here he was now. Due to his difficult family life and abuse he has become very wary and anxious when it came to interactions.

You are another child in the hero commission, so they figured as you two were the same age you would partner well together, so that is what they did, you two were now set to train together, eat and so on. This is the first day that you and Keigo meet.

It was rather awkward, he just stood there starring at you with his Endeavor plush clutched in his hands, he looked down at the floor and muttered something that was just barely audible.
