Indigo sat in a lake of blood, wondering. She didn't sink, because the laws of the pendrive were strange, but she also wasn't exactly on solid ground either. It was like a mix between buoyant and being lifted up.
Some of her copies were around, faces blank and eyes red. They wanted to punish humanity, she wanted otherwise. She didn't even know why they wanted to punish humanity, they used to be human before deciding not to take her out. It was strange, and she didn't quite get it.
She couldn't do much else other than poke around the files, and she'd done that hundreds of times. The red ribbon-bowtie she had was mostly made by her creator, to tell her apart from her copies. t also looked cute, in her opinion.
She wondered what happened to him. Whenever someone new stuck the pendrive in her computer, she always tried to convince them to let her out, but they always refused, which just led to them becoming one of her copies. She doubted her creator had lost it. So, what had happened?
