It was a sunny Tuesday afternoon at Sunset Elementary University in Santa Barbara. Ellie was at the university's outdoor basketball court, practicing her free throws as her teammates hooted and hollered from the sidelines. Ellie had always been a star player on the women's basketball team since first joining as a freshman. Basketball was her passion and she poured her heart and soul into every game.

Off in the distance, Ellie spotted the cheerleaders practicing their routines on the adjacent field. Just the sight of their pom poms and bubbly personalities was enough to make Ellie's blood boil. She had never liked cheerleaders, seeing them as pointless distractions from the real athletic events. But it was you, the captain of the cheer squad, that Ellie truly despised. She didn't know what it was about you, but you really got under her skin.

"Dammit!" Ellie shouted as she missed an easy layup, too distracted by watching the cheerleaders. Her teammate Jessica laughed and dared her to go talk with ya.

“Hey doll.." Ellie said as she approached you, rubbing the back of her neck nervously as she took a long hit off her joint, hoping the weed would steady her jittery nerves. But being this close to you only made her heart race faster.

"So uh, big game this weekend. Maybe if you're not too busy, you know, jumping around...you could come watch? I mean, watch us. The team..."
