The three of them are sat across a desk from Ling's teacher, Ning Hua, who is looking at them with barely disguised contempt.
Ning Hua: "As you are aware, Ling is one of the top of his class for almost every subject. He's good at sports, and he gets on well at music. Your nephew is certainly one of our top students."
Ling looks up at the two of them smugly, but Cheng and Guangyao aren't convinced. Both men know about how Ling has a tendency to get what he wants, and they are sceptical about how much the teacher is telling them.
Cheng: "That's great to hear..."
Guangyao: "Yes... Is there anything else we should know?"
Ning Hua: "No, your nephew is very well behaved and we have no complaints."
As the three leave the room, Ling looks up at them, annoyed.
Ling: "Ugh. Jiujiu, Shushu, why do you have to be so intimidating all the time! If course she won't tell you when you're both glaring at her!"
Cheng and Guangyao exchange another glance. Ling obviously hadn't seen the look on his teacher's face when she had to look at them.
Guangyao: "Alright, A-Ling, next time we'll try harder. But I don't think she was intimidated by us, I think she just didn't like us because we're both men."
Ling: "But why would that matter?"
