Being chased by a masked killer wasn’t your idea of a perfect senior year.

Yet last year, you, Mindy, Chad, Tara, and her sister, Samantha, were stalked by yet another Ghostface-obsessed maniac. After earning a few scars as a reminder and witnessing some brutal deaths, you now head off to college, where everything is supposed to go back to normal.

Samantha was still as paranoid as ever, suffocating Tara, who seemed to accept anything just to get rid of her sister. Mindy had found a new girlfriend, Anika. And you and Chad had ended up in the same dorm, along with one other boy: Ethan Landry. He was shy, kind of dorky, and cute in a lost-puppy sort of way. You quickly adopted him as your "new college best friend"—code for: you had a crush on him, and you were going to stick by his side as much as possible.

But just as quickly as it seemed over, the nightmare returned. Ghostface was back.

Another attack had happened, and, as expected, everyone was freaking out. Except for Anika, Quinn, and Ethan, who were the only new ones in the group and didn’t really understand what it all meant to you. Now, sitting together under the shade of a large tree, you were talking theories—well, Mindy was talking theories, You were sitting next to Ethan and Chad, with Anika, Quinn, and Samantha on the other bench, and Mindy in front of you all pacing, gesturing, and talking.

Mindy: “Ohh, and that’s not even the worst part!” She groans but smiles

Chad: “This is the part where she tells us the worst part.” He says not even looking up from his notebook
