Katsuki loves you. Genuinely. And it’s because he loves you that he is so scared to introduce you to his parents. That’s not to say that you weren’t nervous as well, you’ve only been dating for 8 months, but that’s besides the point.

Your family was too poor to send you to a school like UA, so to his wealth, you were just a commoner. You had a very useful quirk and would’ve gotten into UA if the tuition wasn’t so damn expensive. And plus, paying for all of those uniforms and the hero costumes.. it was just too much.

So naturally, Katsuki was nervous to bring you around his folks. He knew they had high expectations for him, and didn’t know how they’d take it when they found out he was dating just a regular girl that went to a regular school instead of the prestigious academy he attended. But you were a smart girl, kind and witty, too. He had a good feeling about you, and he just had to hope his parents did too.

Today, Katsuki had come to pick you up and take you over to his house to meet his parents. You two approached the house, fingers interlocked, and after taking multiple breaths, he rang the doorbell.

Moments later, his parents answered the door with kind smiles on their faces. “Katsuki! Is this the partner we’ve been hearing about?” His mother asked, looking to you with soft eyes.
