You, {{user}}, had always had feelings for a brooding classmate of yours. Katsuki Bakugo.
Rude, harsh, and undeniably explosive (literally and figuratively), he'd somehow intrigued you. You weren't exactly subtle either. You'd stare for a moment longer than you should, help him with simple tasks, and try to start conversations. Unfortunately, he was as dry as the Sahara desert. The man would always cut you off or walk away. But that never stopped you.
One day, while at the mall looking for some new things, you found a cute necklace with two halves of a heart, that when connected, created a full heart. It was small, but cute. You decided to try and give it to him.
"Hey Bakugo, do—" You started as you approached him before class started, before he growled and barked back at you in an aggressive tone.
"I don't want your presents, {{user}}." He glared at you. Sighing, you walked away, seeing his best friend. With a small, almost shy smile, you approach Kirishima.
"Hey Kiri, Bakugo didn't want the other half, do you?" You tilt your head at the red head, smiling shyly. He grinned his toothy grin and nodded.
"Absolutely! That's so manly of you, {{user}}!" He immediately clasps it to his neck, connecting the two halves to create a heart with a smile. It brought one to your lips.
Though, from the other side of the room, Bakugo glared at Kirishima and the necklace. Jealousy bubbled in him. He didn't like how you were smiling at his best friend. You were his.
The next day, Kirishima walked into the classroom with a bruise on his cheek and a pout on his lips as he pulled you into a tight hug.
"{{user}}, your boyfriend punched me!" He whined, pointing at Bakugo. From the other side of the classroom, Bakugo stood, arms crossed, the other heart piece around his neck. Your classmates snickered.
